missingWrote a review on Dec 20helpful front deskgreat locationnon-functional remote
Had an awesome time with friends! We caught a movie at the local cinema and shopped at the outlet mall. The front desk was super helpful, and the location was great for everything we wanted to do. I recommend checking out the Paramount Theater for some local shows!
One issue was the remote for the TV. It didn’t work and the channels wouldn’t change at all. Pretty frustrating when all you want to do is relax and watch a movie.

The breakfast area provided a fantastic selection, with Nancy going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. The assistance I received from the night supervisor in setting up my son's Wi-Fi connection was greatly appreciated.
The cleanliness of the room could have been slightly better.

My recent stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites, Yorkville, An Ihg was thoroughly enjoyable. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making it easy to extend my stay as rooms became available. The location was ideal, with several dining options within walking distance. I particularly appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which included a variety of hot and cold items that made my mornings hassle-free. The room featured a standalone shower, which I found much more convenient than an old-fashioned tub.
WiFi connectivity was poor during my visit.

The rooms were super comfy with cozy bedding and adjustable temperature controls, making for a great stay. We loved relaxing in the hot tub and the indoor pool after a long day. Just a heads up, the remote in our room didn’t work well, but it didn’t ruin our time! 😊

I really loved my stay, especially how the indoor pool was a perfect spot to unwind after a long day, and I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast with fresh pancakes. The hotel also has a cozy reading nook that was just great for lounging around. The only downside was the occasional noise from the hallway, but it didn’t ruin my experience! 😊

perfectly positioned for parks and local dining delights
I recently enjoyed my stay at this hotel thanks to its splendid proximity to beautiful parks like Saw Wee Kee Park, where I could stroll and take in nature, and I loved being so close to delicious dining options like Dunkin' just a few steps away, making breakfast effortless and delicious. As a solo traveler, I found the suite spacious and comfortable, allowing for a relaxing night after long city adventures, but I did notice the TV in my room could have been better mounted for a nicer viewing experience.

It was just a strong match for a stopover in Yorkville with good value considering price it charged. The breakfast was decent with plenty of options available. Consider asking for a room away from the main entrance to avoid noise.

Room was spacious and clean, felt very comfortable. The pool area was a nice touch. could've spent hours there if not for the rude welcome.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but I guess acceptable for the quality.
